Tangaliya weaving is a rare handloom tradition from Gujarat, practiced for over 700 years by the Dangasia community. Known for its distinctive raised dot patterns, this craft is created by twisting extra threads into the fabric, forming intricate geometric designs. 
Traditionally woven using wool for pastoral communities, Tangaliya textiles today include dupattas, shawls, and fabrics. Each piece is handcrafted on a loom, requiring immense skill and precision, making it one of the most distinctive weaving techniques in India.
